im bored mate,.

My missus has buggered off to Ghana leaving me in charges of les enfants terrible. I can't really hit the sauce till later (which grinds my gears). Kids are currently mesmerised by the idiot lantern - first peace I've had all day.

She's out there working with the Ghana Stroke Partnership. Last year they helped set up the first stroke unit in the country and they're back getting the next phase of development underway. It's all volunteer-led.
