This is a good time to tit about with formations and personnel to see what works and what doesn't IMO, the 5-3-2 has definitely got a big tick and we can afford a few bad halves preparing for next season now.

Guessing Ollie is trying to give some players a bit of a breather after so many games in a short space of time (e.g. Smith remember maybe still getting back up to full match fitness after not a lot of first team football).
