most are down to no work being carried out on them, starts with a crack in the road water gets in , then temp drops crack widens then tarmac breaks down , then u have a nice pothole . |  |

Road repairs should come out of the pot of income from the road fund licence, which those EVs have to pay as well now.
Congestion Charge or ULEZ wasn't meant to cover road repairs, or has this argument moved on from this?
