A Christmas double header on the road provides sliding doors moments, a Stone Island tear up, the best pub of the season, the worst, and six more points for the mighty Rangers. 18

Loved that. I don't get too many away days anymore and that really captured the spirit.

Lovely stuff Clive.

Although I've never had much time for Birmingham City as a club (mostly scummy fans, mostly scummy players) I've always liked going to St Andrew's which feels like a proper football ground like most of the grounds in that part of the world (although I'm still pissed off how they filled in the corners at Molineux). I hope they can sort out the stadium issues soon but it sounds like they'll need a change of ownership for that one.

I think every train in the country has one of those women of a certain age with a wheelie suitcase walking up and down carriages looking for their seat. Fairly sure it's included in the terms of travel when you buy a ticket.

Next time you’re in Bristol and fancy a Ruby, get yourself to Urban Tandoor on Small Street. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from the Fish Market and is really, really good.

Fulham FC: It's the taking part that counts

Ruby and Judy. Sounds a bit too much to me.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Saved this up, and glad I did.

Thanks Clive.
