Probably took a punt on the effect of mental pressure on a number 11 batsman in such a tight situation. In fact when you consider that Somerset edged their way to a tied score with 2 wickets left so needing just a single, one player danced down the wicket and was stumped and the last man went for a slog after 10 dock balls. The fact they had 2 and a bit days left to get 1 run seems to have been lost in some kind of brain fart | | | |

They need 1 run to win fielding strategy.
1. Have fielders in catching positions
2. Have fielders to stop them taking a single.
3. Have fielders where the batsman has to try to hit it to get a run, which is usually over the top as the infield is packed because of points 1&2
