We'd just like to provide an update to Trust members following our announcement earlier in the week that we intended to call for an EGM. We have delivered a letter to the club this morning where we have formally called for that EGM.
In the past 48 hours, we have been in contact with a number of shareholders, and we were delighted that we had a total of 54 unique shareholders backing our call for an EGM which equated to around 25% of the total shareholding.
A massive thank you to all supporters for their backing over this. We will update you once we have a date for the meeting.
I wonder that out of the other 75% of shareholders with also vote for an EGM..
With what the yanks said about the club i think they just might..

It’s a good job we didn’t have to get involved in the media frenzy around that ESL nonsense too.
Hopefully something will be communicated tomorrow before the end of the week, if not something from the Trust to update even if it’s reporting no update from the club as yet. |

More weeks since fans asked the club WHY the managers contract was extended.
Answers, there have been none.
The world of improved communications as promised by Bottomley has come to nought.
Lovely to see him standing in the directors seats area on iFollow prior to the start of the Blackpool game taking photos on his phone. Selfies I assume, with a degree of cynicism I must admit..
No answers for regular fans but a response in 5 minutes to a request from the Rochdale Ambassadors WhatsApp group. As soon as someone tickles his ego he's there, but the rest of us don't matter a jot.

Maybe he was taking a few souvenir photos or maybe brushing up his CV? He must know at this stage that one way or another that he has no long term future as CEO or Director? If he is still in place when supporters are back in the ground he will get dogs abuse. If people take over the club who know what they are doing his days will be equally numbered.
That there is nothing coming out of the boardroom is quite worrying, is AK fit to attend meetings or is Bottomley having an even bigger say? Are they negotiating with potential investors or have they got firm offers to consider? Have they agreed the latest accounts ( Due in June at the latest? ). AND what have they done about the request for an EGM? Tick tock.... |  | | |

But if we have spectators we need to pay for 2 stewards for insurance purposes.

I believe our CEO has decided to announce this via the clubs social media platforms only, and the announcement will be made sometime between 3-00pm Friday 30th April and midnight on Monday 3rd May to ensure all fans are aware of it.  |  |

It's absolutely ludicrous. They put off answering questions for an absurd amount of time to wait for a board meeting, which they then had... A week ago. They were able to rush out plenty of other statements and a letter about poor communication. It's belittling to the fans. | |
