I personally expect us to get beat, because Gateshead are a good team and the Dale will try to pass the ball across the back four and the keeper, and b*gger it up, at some point. Having said that, you would not put it pass the Dale getting a positive result, if we approach with the right attitude.

If Gateshead press our passing around at the back and close off passes into midfield, without the free spirited outlet of Hayes to make things happen in the final third - I suspect we’re going to be in a world of trouble today. The good thing is we have done enough to be in this league next season and hopefully have a route forward off the pitch.
