I thought the Watford game was excellent attacking football, this game was 100% solid defending. Every player was fantastic. They defended as though it was the last day of the season and we needed 3 points to stay up. So proud. JWP was incredible in his effort and leadership (not sure what game you watched I_would), Ings was absolutely everywhere getting stuck in, toss up for MotM for me between KWP, Stephens, Romeu or McCarthy.
This was the proudest performance I have seen since we beat Inter Milan. Chuffed to bits that Che got off the mark by exploiting the sweeper-keeper system.

I see Routs was marked down again despite being the only player showing any level of creativity!
7.3 for Guehi ... cobblers - a decent first half after having little to do.
Gallagher 5.4 for what exactly?6.7 and 6.4 for Brewster and Ayew!!!!

JWP lost us 2 points on the pen whilst jogging around aimlessly as usual. We were out of puff in the second half and the manager should be pacing the play and making better subs than he did.

Another great performance from KWP. He seems to be growing in confidence.

JWP had a good game but overshadowed by missing the penalty. Romeu is back to his brick wall days

Armstrong and Ings are really working well together.

Another good performance by Saints - unlucky not to take all 3 points. Admittedly there was no penalty, but I can not for the world understand why Ingsy didn´t get to take the pen to help him reach 20 goals.
Evertons goal was, admittedly, very good, I just feel a little unlucky that McC didn´t manage to block the shot and prevent the goal (from one of the least nice PL players), because he almost did....
2 minutes of added time was at least 4 minutes too less, and we had momentum, also a little disappointing.

With Man. Utds. questionable defensive midfield outfit and our well-oiled one, I think we can nick something at Old Trafford; both teams in good form, I know.
It depends on how well our defense and keeper will do.
3 points there and we can easily end up in the top 10, which would be very satisfactory.
I hope Bruno Fernandes feels very ashamed for how ridiculously he stole that penalty vs Villa, and that it will karmicly affect his game negatively vs us.

Come on you Saints <3

Great performance by the team, felt we should have won this game. I would like to see Ralph make a few substitutes earlier in games, think we ran out of steam near the end. Been really impressed with Armstrong this year, his really brings an attacking edge to the team.

It was never a penalty in the first place but the game would have been entirely different if that had gone in so it can’t be said that it cost us 2 points. Conceding a goal cost us 2 points. We played Everton off the park in the first half but they were always going to regroup in the second half. We look so much better than the team that collapsed against Leicester and I thought JWP had a decent game. If we sign KWP we are only 2 more quality signings away from having a really strong squad next season.

Great game. A draw that felt like a win.

On top to start off with then MU came roaring back. We then played ourselves back into it and took the game to them. They didn't like it up 'em!

COYS!

Played well pressing forward in first 15 minutes. Didn't cope defensively with Utd sweeping moves forward down the left for next 15. KWP all at sea, left hand side targeted and exposed. McCarthy, second game running, excellent performance. Regained composure in second- Romeu - a rock but Ings was well marshalled. Well deserved draw, looked as if we were in control for most of second half. Bertrand Saints best player for me - kept Greenwood quiet - twice in three matches. Hallelujah, we scored from a corner.
