practically every single transfer window since we arrived in the premier league has been either under whelming or disappointing. we never get in all that we need. there have been times where we got a good player in (say michu, bony, or sigurdsson), but in every single window we're always a few signings short and fail to address a position that is in desperate need of an upgrade
