-did HJ send a letter asking for the SHA to be annulled?

Surely to God, If there was anything at all that would negate the threat the Trust has, there would be no deal at all on the table. That deal is, imo, pretty shit but it would be a lot worse if anyone, especially Jenkins (who is being made to buy increasingly worthless shares by this deal) had the Trust over a barrel. | |
