How do you know when it's time to put them to sleep and to wake them up?

Being a vet* I find that once I've put an animal to sleep it doesn't usually tend to wake up.

* I'm not really a vet.

I used to like the crusty meat pies from swansea market. Don't recall a pet shop.

I'm almost sure there's still a pet shop there, not sure if they actually sell pets now though, certainly not Tortoises..

When i married my first wife, she loved cats, so i bought her two kittens (male/female) which she named 'Bonnie and Clyde'. Anyway as time went on, Bonnie became a bit large around her stomach, so it was my job to take her to the vets to find out if she was pregnant.
