Rodon has to be culpable for 2 possibly 3.
For much of the first half Grimes was in an impossible position of being out of position, having a decent pair attacking his side and covering Rodon.
I hope Potter doesn't panic and change Rodon for C-V who, y all accounts, was atrocious for USA.
Hoorn had a poor game as did Fer.
Making them work?
We scored one and gifted a second.
The third was well played but we usually deal with that level of threat; Rodon brought he ball forward, lost it and watched - no excuse for that at any level. After that, Fer should have been on his shoulder rebuilding his confdence.
Not sure on the 4th as it was the other side of a crowd of players. |  |

I was one of those who advocated him playing at Left Back. Hasn’t worked out recently though and Grimes is needed back in the middle.

I don't blame central defense at all, we were carved so badly down the middle of midfield and the full backs could not cope with movement of their attacking players leaving Roden and Van Der Hoorn exposed. Too many times this season we are getting carved down the middle of the park. Our central midfield is just not good enough! | | | |

The full backs are supposed to play high under Potters system - well, one at a time anyway. We will get caught on the counter occasionally and norwich were very very good at it.

VDH is playing like he's already signed a contract ...with someone else !
Has gone from being solid as fook to being sloppy .
If the same happens in the week then potter has some work to do, but Norwich did well exposing our weaknesses and us making stupid errors compounded things.
