It’s generally known in education circles in Wales. That 25% of teachers shouldn’t be anywhere near a classroom and a further 20% only doing enough to keep their jobs

They are being allowed to be children.
They are just learning that all children are different. And people are different.
Most kids are brought up with the concept of men and women being together from day one. Mummy and Daddy, princes and princesses, fairy tales, films, even Peppa Pig. All this is doing is saying that there are others who are different and there’s nothing wrong with it.

I’d still argue kids are better to cope with the concept than most of us. It’s quite an adjustment for those of us in our 40s and beyond (I’m speaking for myself, as I’ve no idea how old people are on here). In the main, I suspect we’ve been been conditioned to think it’s something abnormal and wrong. I don’t know anyone who’s transgender, so it’s really hard for me to understand the issues around it. But my kids (11 & 8) take all this in their stride.
