I've no idea, I've never once sat on a panel of interviewers at a football club interviewing candidates. And I would guess neither has anyone on here bar Phil S.
My point albeit lost on certain intelligence levels on here was that there are shit black managers as well. Look at John Barnes, a hopeless fück up of a manager who went running towards the racist card as soon as the going got tough.
People are too scared to confront people like Barnes, in as much as certain well qualified black managers are also in the extreme minority, there is a reason but it clearly won't be understood by people ( not you ) chucking cowardly internet warrior insults about because they don't understand dialogue, debate and opinion. | |

How many BAME players go on to do coaching badges? If the answer is few, then there's a smaller pool of potential BAME managers.
