I was just chatting to my neighbour that did exactly that. He said it was like a church, the only noise coming from the Swansea end.

He's a Cardiff season ticket holder.

Piece of p!ss.

No bother at all, we stayed in swansea overnight after travelling down via builthys, got to cardiff at 10.30, parked up about a mile away from the ground and walked into the away end no problem, the same about 30 mins after the game.

Went up early with the brother in law who’s a Cardiff fan. We could hear the Swans fans singing from a fair distance away.
We were on the Canton Stand side of the Grandstand, a bit of noise from the locals and a few headers about, but the Swans end was much louder. Kept my head down and mouth shut.
Saw 1 guy wearing Chelsea tracksuit.

That would have been Conor Gallagher

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

We left the ground and literally walked straight alongside the Cardiff fans leaving same time, some fat mess called us jacks and walked the opposite direction, other than that we walked straight back to city centre alongside them no drama.

Shouldn’t be a bubble anymore.

The fat gobby Bassey was probably Benny, scuttled off in the opposite direction to continue acting hard behind his keyboard

It would only be once that they would lift the bubble.

It would be straight back the next game.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

Holding hands and skipping? That before you were escorted out of the playground?

It’s a very silly comment really Risca is being very naive there.

I think you got lucky to be honest. Another timeday you could have had a pasting..
Bubble trips are there because there will be trouble at both fixtures..

Yeah I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous mind. Coppers did not give a toss about anyone even making comments as the swans fans were sent out genuinely.

PS - the consequences of getting into a punch up at a football game is severe, I just don’t see there being big problems anymore.

As it happens was in the car going up Walter's Road about 10:30 a.m. on Sunday morning and spotted young lad about 20ish sporting a Cardiff shirt walking towards town. ( I'm guessing he was a student )

Had his jacket casually hung over one-shoulder for a quick cover up.

But still a brave lad all the same ( or extremely naive )

There was a cardiff fan in The Smiths in Hafod, on a matchday around 1 o clock in the afternoon, last season. Bloke in his 40's.

I think the days of small groups of Cardiff hanging about in canton, riverside or grangetown looking to pick off groups of away fans going back to vehicles left in side streets have gone. They don’t really mob up in pubs in canton anymore do they? I could be wrong but I’ve had chats to plenty of like minded fans of other clubs in chapter and other bars around.

Theres still brain dead or piss.ed up element..
Not worth it i was at chelsea and was involved in a bit of nonsense away from the stadium as we made our way to the car which was self defence in our eyes.
Old bill didnt see it that way and a mate of mine had 18months..
Lost a good job ,his house and eventually his missus.
