The bloke shot by police reaching in to his car. Any thoughts, apparently he had been tasered but it had no effect, on first watching it I thought it was way off shooting him seven times. I’m uncertain these officers made the right choices but then again I’m uncertain as well as to what Blake was reaching for in the car having failed to stop, stand still or obey instructions from the police.
Not sure those present knew of his previous convictions for gun offences but I’m not sure this has done the coppers a lot of good regardless of the outcome.
It's what the people who were there at the time have said. I have to keep repeating
It doesn’t matter what they said. It’s on camera.
He was chased. The chasers shot first, threw something at him (appears to me Molotov cocktail, but there is debate there), someone lunges at him and he shot.
Second shooting. He fell to the ground after being chased and shot the person who smashed him over the head with a skateboard.
Third shooting. While still on the ground he was approached by a man with a pistol who pointed it at his head, he shot him in the arm before he ran away.

Of course it matters what witnesses say.It trumps anything except confession

People make the worst witnesses and they also lie throught their teeth. There is probably not one BLM rioter that would tell the truth, if they even knew it.

Witness testimony is important, but it isn't infallible. People make genuine mistakes, are prone to unconscious bias, want to please and all these can undermine the quality of the evidence. CCTV video footage is better, but quite often doesn’t capture the whole incident.

Again, ALL shootings are on camera. There isn’t a witness in the land that is more important than actual footage of the event, we all become the witness.

Nope, we become viewers with opinions not witnesses as we didn't actually witness the event
If you want to use a football analogy, you saw the edited highlights on match of the day, you didn't see the actual game as you weren't there.
Everyone has seen the full video.. simple the guy was resisting, refused to lie down and carried on going for what could be a weapon.. If i was a cop in america once he broke away from the taser, i would have put a couple of shots in his legs before he even got to the car..
And the funny thing is all the dumbwits are crying about 7 shots, just goes to show how much he resisted..
Once he went to the car, it should have been one shot!! Straight to the back of the head!
1) Jacob Blake was a dangerous violent criminal whose rap sheet included breaking into a house and raping a woman.
2) There was a warrant out for his arrest and the police at the scene were aware of this.
3) The police had been called to the address because he was at an address he was not allowed to be at (restraining order against him), was in possession of a knife, was threatening people at the property and was trying to steal a car.
4) He resisted arrest. Fighting with the police, getting one in a headlock before another officer tasered him twice.
5) Despite being tasered he was able to get up and make his way to the door of the car where we know a large knife was concealed
6) The police repeatedly ordered him to stop, he refused.
He was shot, he deserved it, there are consequences to violent bullying and criminality...that is why the police exists, to protect innocent members of the public from criminals. Cut and dried.
If the USA defunded the police and employed Social Workers instead everybody would get a gun and there would be a lot more shootings. Undermine the police at your peril, they are what stands between you and anarchy.

Exactly , pure filth the only mistake the law enforcement made was wasting 7 shots, when one in the right place would have done the job.

Perfect summary.
But again, he was a protected minority so all of that logic and fact goes out the window.
If he was not, do you think the likes of the people being outraged would be any way shape or form outraged on his behalf? We both know the answer is absolutely not.

I have seen videos of white people with their hands behind their back, and on their knees, zero threat to the police, just because they didn't respond to command properly the police officer shot him dead.. It's the worse thing I have ever seen..If I could ever find it again, it would put all this Blake rubbish too bed.

That's your homework for tomorrow then, find the video

Indeed.
Despite the myth that black people are disproportionately killed by police, it remains to be completely false.
Per 1000 arrests so all is equal, you are more likely to be killed by police if you are white. 4 in 10,000 white arrests end in death, 3 in 10,000 black arrests end in death.
There is an argument there that both figures are too high, an argument I would agree with. But any argument that states black people are being killed disproportionately affected by police killings needs to be challenged because not only is it incorrect, it’s a dangerous lie.

I can show you Tony Timpa, a man that committed no crime, had no criminal record and had police officers kneel on his neck until dead, mocking him as he died. They were not convicted.
I can show you a white Australian woman shot dead by a black police officer. The same police department that was involved in the Floyd killing. She again did not commit a crime and did not have a criminal record.

Now imagine if they were a protected minority, it wouldn’t even be a question of if you remember them.
The cop would be labelled a racist, it would be assumed a racist killing and the name of the victim on jerseys and headlines all over the land.
Police kill people they come into criminal contact with. African American people, although only 13% of the population, commit 38% of all violent crime and 53% of all homicides according to the FBI crime statistics.
They are victims of police brutality 32% of the time. It is less than their contribution to the serious crime rate. That’s not disproportionate, in fact it’s less than you would expect it to be.
This is shown in the data of deaths vs arrests. 3 deaths per 10,000 black arrests, 4 deaths per 10,000 white arrests. Once police contact is made, you are more likely to be killed if you are white than if you are black.
Suggestions of the opposite are false and media driven based on the utterly barmy population demographic split, which is obviously a ridiculous thing to measure against.
Otherwise men are the most oppressed group on the planet being a minority 49% population yet making 96% of police deaths. It appears that way because they contribute to a disproportionate amount of the serious crime rate... not because cops inherently hate men - but that’s an inconvenient data point isn’t it?

News Anchor : "The police have not released much information about what may have occurred in the minutes before your son was shot 7 times in the back at point blank range, as you know the Kenosha Professional Police Association (which is a police union) they said that...late today...said that Jacob was armed with a knife, he didn't comply, that he had fought with police and put an officer in a headlock...I know you aren't able to say much about this but; 'Were you aware of this? Is that accurate?' "
Jacob Blake's father : "Some people say that Brussels Sprouts taste good"...
THERE FOLLOWED SOME STUNNED SILENCE, THE NEWS ANCHOR'S EYES WANDERED AROUND THE ROOM AS HE SEARCHED THE FACES OF THOSE IN THE STUDIO TO GIVE HIM A CLUE AS TO HOW TO RESPOND...A SLOW SMIRK IS STARTING TO CREEP ON TO HIS LIPS
News Anchor : "Ummmm....I don't get the reference...."
Jacob Blake's father : "I hate Brussels Sprouts..."
News Anchor (who has suddenly just looked direct into camera, as if startled) : "You don't want to talk about this?" (This was said very definitely, a statement more than a question, as if commanding Mr. Blake to desist)
...there followed a couple of awkward moments as the anchor flapped around, tripping over his words...
News Anchor : "I understand....are you concerned about, the fact that the police union is coming out and giving details...when authorities really...aren't themselves?"
Jacob Blake's father : "Look...a Union, is like a bunch of dudes that pays dues, so that they can go somewhere and meet, to get away from their wives..."
Several moments of stunned awkward silence.
...and it went on - cut to some video footage of Blake Snr at a rally shouting "No Justice!", back to the studio for a discussion on how there is "2 justice systems in America", one for the whites and one for blacks; Blake Snr : "Who had the x-ray vision that saw the knife was in the car? Superman on the scene?!?"
Blake Snr points to the 17yr old who shot 3 people the night before as an example of 2 justice systems in operation; "...hey man, hey, if that's not an example of two systems? Then slap me and call me a woman." Stunned silence from the woke journalist
