They have had 30 years of subsidies from Westminster via the Barnett formula as well as subsidies from the UK via the EU.

You think this would have made a difference, instead education and NHS in Wales is falling behind.

We dont want fecking subsidies, we want respect, fairness and opportunity.

We dont want tax dodging, illegal wars, trident, or hs2. Nor a Brexit won on lies.
We dont want Johnson.
That will do for a start.

Nice try at your attempt to look at being intellectual but you failed , again .
If you think by quoting a put down by a member of a extinct band is going to upset me in anyway then think again , all it does shows is your lack of intellect.
`Although I must admit your ability to add emojis to emphasise your point shows the secondary school system is working .

We don't want Adam Price either, nor Drakeford and Gething in my case at least.

Why don't we want subsidies? You were quite happy to take EU subsidies, is UK money not good enough?

Do we want MS's that employ family members at tax payers expense?
Do we want a Welsh government if it's useless?

Don't we want fewer politicians?

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

It hasn't up til now though I agree it should.

Look at my thread about that nurse, Universal credit is ripping her off and all the DWP say is that's the rules.

Where governments are concerned compassion is for good headlines and a quick boost to popularity but behind closed doors the greed goes on.

Listen, people need to run successfully businesses for both jobs and taxation.
Its how the govt spends it though.

A priority for me would be to end homelessness.
Johnsons wants to buy more nukes.

Compassionate uk governments delivered the state pension, social security, the NHS, and comprehensive education.

Its just the Johnson regime refuses to see value in compassion.

Wonder why Labour has built so few council houses, if any in Wales, in the last 20 years. 500 a year, a modest total, would have seen 10,000 built and houses for youngsters. Another wasted opportunity for Wales under labour.

It's the Johnson government that has done so well with the vaccines though, try not to be so one eyed.

The figures also sho Drakeford hasn't done much better than Johnson. If Welsh covid deaths (the true number) are multiplied relative to the UK then we'd have over 160,000 dead. I just wish I knew the true covid death numbers for England for a proper comparison.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

The true numbers of deaths are shown in the PHW figures which is based on positive tests. It is backed up by the excess deaths comparing this year to previous years. Both paint a similar picture yet you insist on following figures which include cases which include suspected cases where there has been no positive tests. Very often death certificates show more than 1 cause of death. As an example in my mothers case the death certificate would show Diabetes as it was an illness she had for many years but she actually passed away with Dementia. You want to include cases like this for coronavirus rather than cases where we actually know they had tested positive.

You can't just compare excess deaths to previous years, we weren't in a pandemic. The numbers you want to believe make the governing party you support look better, that's why you won't believe anything else.

Many of the deaths in hospitals show more than once cause. Having more than once cause is a contributory thing but still people with other illnesses maybe wouldn't have died if they didn't have covid.

Why would the ONS lie about deaths at home? We trust ONS stats more at other times so why don't youtrust them now? As I said in the first para, it makes Drakeford look worse.

Our friend Julianne died at home, she had covid symptoms, covid was on her death cert. whether it was the main cause or just contributory, if she hadn't caught covid she'd probably still be alive today.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?
