That means a lot of Blackburn folk follow their local side, and clearly some of them twice. There is no other explanation. Holland’s pies is the towns biggest exporter, in a hundred years back, or less, they used to export cotton ( not Holland’s pies ) to the world, then one eyed Joe got annoyed and it all went south. Not literally, nothing goes south from Blackburn as we have seen with their away supports over the years at Swansea. It shouldn’t ever be said that Blackburn people are thick, other than all of them mostly are really intelligent. They came second in the UK’s most intelligent town in 2017. This was an incredible achievement for them as they were the only town to enter. Thick or what ? Everyone born in Blackburn has no toenails. Blackburn Lives Matter Dark markets only. I'm not saying Cabango is better than Guehi by any means, but I think Ben actually runs funny. He doesn't move like a footballer, but his skiills are deceptive and definitely better than he looks. If that makes any sense to anyone else haha? |
He looks ungainly but he's a very good footballer. I've watched him from his early days with us and he always used to be a defender who brought the ball forward. Last season he was crying out for a midfield to receives passes … they weren’t there. His stats say it all. Apart from dribbling he outperformed all our defenders last season and was often that rack that others worked off. For me his weakness is trying to cover for other defenders who are out of position. As Ash used to say, do your own job and expect others to do theirs. Someone said he was an out and out defender. But one who scored goals and makes assists! Who was the last CB we had who scored 4 league goals and provided 2 assists? He's obviously the boo boys target for this season but I can’t for the life of me understand the trashing this diamond player is receiving.

He is a very good fottballer given his age and the experience. Calm under pressure as you will rememebr I posted the highlights of the last seasons game at home v Coventry where he statred a move in our box resulting in an attempt from us at the Coventry end.Took the ball under pressure from Dhanda then found Ayew in midfield with a pass. As you say he is a set piece threat too..I think he will flourish playing alongide Naughton in a back 3... Not liked by the boo boys as he is originally from Cardiff....and is not Rodon or Geuhi...
