Kyle Joseph is told to go out on loan 13:57 - Aug 31 with 3560 viewsKeithHaynes

He doesn’t want to by all accounts, but Cheltenham are still pushing for him to join them.
I really don’t see any value in loaning him, from what I’ve seen and his ability at Wigan he would be a seriously decent asset ( no stripping ) this season.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

AC,you will have gathered by now I float my own boat.I will diagree with you or anyone else;it matters not.I will respect your opinion even if I think it's nuts.

I do not fall into anyones camp

Cooper lover ? Nah

Russy fans. You must be joking. He could be the biggest conjob we've had

Why? Over react.Well consider this .Piroe sent home for first game whilst Cullen selected. Cullen starts at Preston.Whittaker after scoring a hatrick stays on the bench.

Yet,Joseph the First to be loaned out. Our first signing of the season effectively dumped.

Yet,we are implored to entrust all to this fella because he won the interview job.

Absolutely bang on. Your trained eye is tuned in, as per. But be careful not to upset the happy clapper sheeple. The flock is fickle and rudderless right now.

The more we see and hear of Martin the worse it seems to get.

Joseph by all accounts from fans that have seen him close up is clearly a player. Yet Marty ships him out. There's an egotistic pattern emerging. Like how he rejected Piroe in such a crass way. Not his players.

Some of us are livid at the way in which the Club has so quickly transitioned into the mess it now is. Some of us will critically appraise each step of this debacle. Martin ain't doing himself no favours, and he certainly ain't doing us proper fans any. Happy clappers also need to appraise, think clearly for once.

How times have changed. The fans in the stadium should be singing from the rafters after two seasons of huge achievement against the odds. Yet right now at this rate of demise under Mart we are more likely to hear howls of despair.

We have not got to the bottom of the apparent Piroe snub. I suspect a minor indiscretion of perhaps a little tardiness. Late for a meeting??? Wrong dress code???.

I remember seeing Bob Bradley's first day at Swansea. As he walked in players were lounging around. I would not expect them to jump to attention but If I was the boss I would at least expect them to stand up to greet me with a handshake properly. Not stay lounging about and looking away from me.

Perhaps something like this? "I am not speaking to a teenager lying down chewing gum son". Always good to lay down the rules nice and clear from day one. Get my drift?.

Whatever it was Piroe has responded well have the most successful stage in his short career. Whatever it was it has worked.

Potter took Swansea to Brentford to face Thomas Franks team 2018-2019 season. 3-0 up in 20 minutes as Brentford were transitioning to a new style. Frank consequently out classed Cooper with two season in a row despite losing Watkins and Benrahma with no elite loans and being down to 10 men in the play off semi final first leg..

Joseph MOM for many today.
But, 40% pass success suggests why he went on loan.
While he looked good in the Plymouth game that was against opposition that gave us masses of space and time.
Plenty of 'clever' people slagging Martin and espousing their own little theories while insulting those who don’t see a major conspiracy at every turn. Sad really.

Exactly.

People going on about Martin's man management being suspect, due to him leaving Piroe at home...

We don't know the reasons he decidedto leave him out, but it seem that Piroe has taken it on board and hit the ground running.

It ould be argued that this decision has benefitted Piroe immensely and now he's possibly our best performer.

From the evidence so far, it seems that this is because o RM's management skills and the way he treated Piroe.

I cannot see how he's getting slagged off for this.

Let's hope over a period of time that the £500,000 was well spent.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

He's being slagged off because he isn’t Cooper and wants the team to play football … an obvious move by the Yanks to get us relegated so they can cream of even more money from the club, doncha know!

The only man showing respect in the video to the ex USA manager was Angel Rangel who stood up looked him in the eye smiled and gave him a hand shake.

The Piroe snub facts are there for all to see, and corroborated by trusted sources from within the Club. Mis-management at its very worst, most especially of a #9. RM's stock plummeted.

(Yet some twpsin is saying out loud that Martin is 'appearing to being particularly renowned for his man-management skills, similar to Brendan'. How very telling of the poster who is still yet to substantiate this claim and instead chooses to deflect, in bad fashion).

RM unceremoniously ditched JP from 1st team plans at the 11th hour :

- didn't rate him as a proper #9, from the outset
- stripped him of the #9 jersey (for the avoidance of doubt, took it off him), not worthy of a RM front-man. ffs
- didn't fancy him - was seen as a previous regime signing, not his signing
- didn't fancy him - not clever enough to understand RM's 'complex' model (JP isn't the sharpest tool, and deemed not bright enough for RM's cleverly crafted toolkit, by all accounts)

Fortunately for all, JP chose to prove RM wrong. Clearly JP isn't the mug RM believed, and is shoving it where it belongs.

Let's hope RM continues to learn and kick on from his immature, mis-management gaffes.

And JP continues to prove his manager wrong.

I am not privy to any inside information but have a scenario I find very appealing. Let me share it with you. It may have no relation to reality but I still sort of believe it.

I am a tense sort of Welshman all prim and proper. I like thing done right and do not accept sloppy fake news or drivel provided by certain vested interest cliques who control these forums. I go against planted narratives and the dominant South Wales political influences.

Piroe is a laid back sort of fellow 22 years confident in his ability. Up to now things have all come a bit easy for him. Good looking fellow he does not have to try too hard. However, once the golden boy of Dutch football, he found himself out of favour and no longer loved. Sent out on loan and things were bit of a struggle. All a bit disappointing really. The players we OK first meeting but a bit odd for a Dutchman. He is a bit down on his luck and lost his mojo perhaps? He settled down to his new status of being second or third choice without realising it.

He has stepped down a leagues in a foreign country and was seen as the replacement from the focused hard pro that was Ayew. Still pretty relaxed and not aware of his new status perhaps Piroe not expecting to play every week. Masks? Mobile rules? dress code? Meeting times? who needs them?. A few minutes late for a team meeting what the harm in that? . Why did PSV let me go its all a bit of a puzzle?

Bang!. Time for a little reality check Perhaps?

"Joel 10 am means 10am not 10:05 Son. If you do not follow the rules you do not play. Got it? Get focused and lets have better body language you need to be ready to fly and fly high".

"You need to start with a bang son. You will get you chance on Tuesday. Make sure you take it".

Immaturity is a thing more common in 22 year old's rather than 35 year old's I suspect. Either way the penny has dropped for one of them or both. I was a part of Thatchers cast offs at 22 and knew bugger all about anything in particular.

Well done Piroe. Shame he is not Welsh. Swansea or Wales even have not produced a Piroe for decades. Centre halves in bucket loads.
