I was at both games Tramps and frankly not gotten over them
Liverpool was a seething chess pit of Jock trailer trash for four days afterwards and rivers of vomit flowed in the gutters where many Scots belonged

I was there for both mate, Anfield was as a young teenager, later on, not long after it was bedlam in Cardiff when Stein died.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

I was a manager with Iceland then and really had to sweat to get to the ground in time. All West Derby rd was a sea of that St. Andrew’s Cross flag thing.

Rub of the green is an excuse fr poor football. Wales were very crude n those days and it was all bout hustle and bustle against more talented teams. Yugoslavia were mile better than Wales far more talented with Hadziabdic featuring at Ninnian Park.
Now the team has a proper identity as a strong running energetic fast outfit with pace out wide and a focus at no 9 which keeps defenders on their mettle. Wales can wln without Bale. He will be a bonus if fit.
