Wasn’t sure who I wanted to play to be honest, but it certainly wasn’t Scotland. I was too young to go to Anfield, but was there for the game in Ninian Park when they knocked us out, in tournaments they seem to have our number and are on the upward trajectory. That night in NP, they had the Grange End and there were huge numbers numbers of them on the Bob Bank, I don’t know how but they managed to get tickets but they did. I was at the Cardiff City stadium for a friendly about 10 years ago, Wales won 4 0 but the Scottish traveled in huge numbers and were everywhere - that’s something the FAW need to look at should we both progress. | | | |
