I would agree with you entirely if not for LFT's being so untrustworthy. The more I hear of LFT's the less I trust them so, there's no easy answer.
My wife was speaking with a GP last week and even she said LFT's weren't fit for purpose and relying on them wasn't the best idea.
I've spoken to several people who have passed an LFT but then had a positive PCR test.
