He probably prefers seeing the team doing well,ie winning.Its only the superfans that aren't bothered. It's because they are not entirely truthful in public.
Today,a perfect example of how we COULD have done this season.Another appalling faff up by a keeper that really is not one;he looks no better than a parks keepers.Nobody can be comfortable with him anywhere near the ball.
Boro could and should have won that.

Another game where it highlights the need going into next season.....a creative no 10.
Boro come and sit back, press when needed and keep 2 solid banks. Was going to be a game with high possession % and a game like this calls for that creativity to link midfield and attack.
The unbeaten run continues and although it would have been nice to get 3 points, certainly going in the right direction.
I would be tempted to cash in on Piroe, get a back up striker to Obefami, a creative player in at 10 and whatever else we need. I think selling Piroe and getting a good for him is the key this summer 😬 |  |
