Teams can keep their shape and simply wait for us to give them a chance. We are easy meat. Sheff Utd did just that
Hardly outstanding,not exactly pretty but they pounced when they could and their fans made the long trip back a pleasant one as opposed to what our poor bluddy fans have to put up with.
If some of our players stepped up to the mark we could definitely get up there I sometimes think it would be good if a few very passionate fans met those players before a game tonread them the riot act..

Most of the people I know are not on this forum or twitter etc. They seem in the main to have a more tolerant view, although in some cases it’s decreasing. Strong belief to not get in to the play offs or a strong belief to do so ? I know more who still think he can than don’t.

Myself, I think it's a relegation battle. Martin can be a nice bloke, a top man (and a player recently insisted to me that he is) but he can't produce a team capable enough. Something has to change.

Can't see any evidence of that which you suggest. I stand by every word O post and will discuss my witterings with anyone. Being Welsh means you are born rather introverted,insecure and sentimental. It's why,like Anthony Hopkins once said,"I never really felt I fitted in".
Right now,I challenge anyone to be truly anguine about our club right now.Anyone happy needs to look into that glass again. There is more realism around now and that is also refreshing and indeed encouraging because we need to protect our club and supporting charlatans Like Martin is not the way.
Hopefully,Huddersfield next .I know a super pub with a piano ,if it's still going ,that is. Not sure as of yet as depends on more serious matters with my chum up there.
We have lost 4 out of 9 league games already. It would take a remarkable turnaround in performance levels & fortune to get anywhere near the playoffs. As a rough rule, teams that lose more than 10 games In a season rarely make the playoffs.
We are where we are due to performance levels (& some bad luck). Form for this season & the last 9-10 games last season indicate that we will be in a relegation battle. Playoffs this season are further away than the possibility of relegation. Too good to go down ? Something needs to change rapidly

He did indeed. Much maligned by our ‘supporters’ on this very board. Cooper achieved success with England youth & the Swans & was the desired breath of fresh air at Forest taking a team from the boot one of the Championship to the toughest league in the world. Where many had failed he succeeded. He played his square pegs in square holes etc. & used the cards he was dealt with, just got on with it & was ultimately amazingly successful. I don’t see it continuing in the PL & it will be a surprise if Forest survive. We will never know what would have happened if the club had backed him or given him what they have given RM.

which is why we should all forget him and not comapre him to Martin. In fairness, nobody deserves to be compared with Martin.

Well if he was that good we'd have beaten Brentford in the play off final. If he was that good we may have made the autos by jettisoning the useless underperforming Connor Hourihane too.

While I can’t see us gaining promotion, the degree of negativity at this point has got to be way out of proportion.
