I think most people enjoy eating meat and dairy products.
A vegan diet is too restricted. Vegetarians seem to have a reasonable diet as they still use dairy products.

Well, I will say the spinach, leek and cheddar lattices in Aldis are outstanding served with gravy and potatoes, and that's in the Vegan section.

The non meat burger range in Aldi is outstanding. Especially the burgers.

Prohibitively expensive for most though at two pounds for two burgers. They're basically made of beetroot. I wonder how many beetroots you could get for £2?

I'm a big fan of almond milk in coffee too.

Is it still vegan if no actual animals were involved in its production?

I'll cheerfully switch to all synthetic meats when they get the hang of it.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Meat, fish and eggs for me, with cabbage, broccoli and spinach for veg, full fat dairy with blueberries, blackberries and avocado.

Could never go vegan.

We have cut back a bit on meat, smaller portions but i could never give it up.

I use lacto free semi skimmed milk (high cholesterol and IBS) and that Benecol spread and yoghurts, I can eat veggie stuff now and then too.

But steak, too good to giv up.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Really nice, some kind of ‘chicken’ and rice dish. Never had a vegan meal before but would definitely have it again

My son went vegan, then started reading the ingredients on pre prepared foods. He's back on mostly vegetarian that he makes himself.

It's very difficult to be vegan. I'm not and couldn't be, even most beers and wines use animal products to some degree, usually completely needlessly.

Love beetroot, but as Burgers

A fresh crust from a Farmhouse White Loaf, covered in Beetroot complete with a fair lash of white pepper and a couple of sprinkles of vinegar to moisten and enjoy.

A random little gem on the outskirts of Cwmbran The Queen Inn worth a look if you are this way inclined.

I'm not but I did enjoy my visit there.
