The strike did cost the members money, but they also succeeded in securing the paysise without the changes to their terms and conditions and the closures the government wanted so I’m sure they’ll argue they’ve also benefitted over the longer term. |

Tactical striking did cost members pay which 90+% were happy to do we've had a pay rise with NO changes to T&C and the merry go round starts again in 4 months when we start negotiating again. If you think that's the end of that and we are scampering off with our tails between our legs then you are just as deluded as the Tories,all they've done is give us money not to strike over Christmas really.
