I took out an insurance to take the car I was considering buying for a test drive with detachable plates.
The dealer also gave me a weeks insurance cover as grace to give me time to change my insurance. This fast tracked the deal smoothly allowing me to drive the car home that day without a care in the world. Picked it up on the same day drove it home fully covered.
"Duty of care " to me from them. It is truly unbelievable CCFC did not do this. I imagined that one of the forms footballers sign under the camera spotlights in an insurance form. |  |

Cardiff City in Court again this time trying to sue their insurance broker.
It seems Cardiff tried to insure the player the day after he died.
They are trying to blame the broker for not telling them they needed to inform the insurance company of new signings. Suggest they read the small print of their policies. | |
