It’s amazing how 500 odd people losing their jobs (many friends of mine) has turned into a thread about Brexit which 100% had no bearing on the decision.
As I said earlier those who cannot see the poor infrastructure in & out of South Wales is effecting not only business coming to Wales but is seeing companies move out are fools.

Its not only that but on changeover days you have queues at Pont Abraham, Cross Hands, Carmarthen both roundabouts and St Clears. On a Friday it can easily take 4-5 hours from the bridge to Tenby. Then you look at the South West, yes the M5 has bad patches, but from there south as far as Penzance the A30 is mostly dual carriageway by passing the towns with no roundabouts to speak of. There is a massive road building going on down there to iron out any problems. There aim is to get you to your destination as quickly and safely as possible. Compare that to the Welsh policy. | | | |

I had work in Hereford on Saturday. I knew there was a lot of work still going on with the 465 but I thought Saturday won't be too bad. Let's give it a go! Closed at Merthyr, okay fair enough then road closed Brynmawr to Abergavenny. Brand new road. Lovely little detour through Abertillery Pontypool etc put 40 minutes on my journey. On the way back it was to be M4. Chock a block for miles around Newport. This was about 1.15pm with absolutely no events on. This is the norm I'm afraid and when I drive down to South Devon, even on a Sunday, it can be like that. | | | |
