That could apply to 95% of Championship clubs, and even more in the Premiership, football is a cut throat business, whether it's players, managers or owners.

With any luck our ( useless ) ownership will now understand that the first team coach / manager MUST be the right “fit” for the club. Duff clearly wasn’t. Martin was and his philosophy fitted our way of playing. Jones would be another mistake I’m absolutely certain of that. More and more clubs are employing a possession based style of football. If you recall Martinez changed our identity and playing style over night and it’s something that our club remains well known for. We aren’t unique but certainly that Swansea Way of playing must be a consideration. I’m an admirer of Russell Martin as are most Swans fans. We do need someone of that quality.
Leave Nathan Jones well alone. You could see him at Cardiff which just about tells you all that you need to know. | |

Nothing surprises me in football having been around long enough to know that some fans will sell their soul for success and bollards to principles. Sheehan as nice a person as he comes across isn't up to it imo , maybe a good number 2 but when you look at who he has alongside him in the dugout then maybe he's looking for support when their isn't any real experience there .KOL talks a good game and Wrighty had had some success with the U21's but thats not enough at the moment,
I do know Harry Rednap's been in the area helping out Cwm Albion ,maybe an option.? | |
