I think its the Club taking the bigger gamble ,one of which I'm cautious about. Our recent history shows that we spend an inordinate amount of money on Managers and coaches compensation , I appreciate selecting a manager will always have its risks but we seem to have had our fair share of expensive duds ,juts hope the next one whoever he/she is will be a long term success. | |

He'll have at least a two year deal. Probably three. I'd be very surprised if he didn't have a payrise of 100% or more. Even if it doesn't work out here he'll have improved his families financial position considerably and not really dented his reputation at home. |  |
