I think we all need to see more of him to make a proper judgement but Matos doesn't appear to be convinced & he's the one that matters.

AS you say not writing him off yet but and there's always a but.
We may not be playing to his strengths, he may need time to settle in the championship.
But, I've seen very little so far. My thoughts are he's just long legs meaning that he sometimes can regain a ball when he's lost it.

Thought Inoussa looked promising when he came a turn if speed, he did seem robust able to knock players off the ball especially in those aerial battles with full backs, doess he make the right decisions on the ball is questionable and have good championship defenders got him pegged now they have seen what he can do, there is no way he is up to speed in the Championship yet, he needs game time , he was chopped and changed under Sheehan who was looking for the right team to play and then got injured, really think we need to persist as his properties mentioned initial as some of the things all players at a level must have and hopefully he can start with game time to know when to pass, at times I am happy to see him trying to get passed his man or men, he will win some and he will lose some battles but with game time and coaching he will win enough high up the pitch to prove his worth. | | | |

Stewart is nothing to do with Southampton anymore and is a free agent. Possibly we are looking to get someone in before letting him go but its a dangerous game because Vipotnik may not go at a realistic price. | | | |

Nothing bar the talks, rumoured Seck was in Swansea but 🤷🏻♂️ Stewart talks ongoing this morning but again 🤷🏻♂️ Almeida should be announced soon but we won’t see a squad announced before loose ends are tied up. (Personal view) |  |

Swansea City face late competition for Euro midfielder as decision looms
The Swans are believed to still be well placed in their pursuit of the youngster despite attention from elsewhere.
