Is capitalism finished ?, the very rich are getting richer, the poor are getting poorer and now the final stages of this situation is seeing the so called middle class are now getting wiped out.
AI is going to finish the job, some say the people need a communist style revolution to take back control from the elites before it's too late, it might be too late already, the wealth of the rich needs to be taxed and redistributed, 12 people in the world have apparently as much wealth as the poorest 50% of the worlds population (some 4 billion people), that's what I've heard can't say I've checked the figures myself but you get the picture it's an obscene ridiculous situation.
There is apparently enough food in the world for everybody but people still go hungry because they don't have enough money.
We need universal benefit income as AI is going to take most of the jobs in the near future our political parties should be majoring on a platform of wealth taxes and universal benefit income but they hardly mention it.
Capitalism as we know it might well be coming to an end and either it's back to the days of a small amount of very rich and everyone else very poor (no middle class) or there is a major change where we have some kind of system that redistributes wealth, AI is going to be taking lots of people's jobs. |  |

I belive we're now government by an Marxist ideology which is not quite full on communism but a milder form , you seem to forget that capitalism in spite oif its disavantages for some has always been more successful for a the majority than communsim has ever been .

Reform will accelerate us into the abyss in double quick time, they are an establishment party like Labour and the Conservatives but even more right wing, the less well off will be destitute in no time under Reform the welfare state safety net and the health service etc will be so diminished that those people will have nothing and they are the people voting for Reform, you can't make it up 🙄
Greens are currently the only party in Ingurland not currently in hock to big businesses (not sure if they can stay independent from big business, Israeli lobby etc if they get any more powerful), even the trade unions are subservient to the corporations. | |

Yes, he was murdered outside his home in LA in 1996. Members of a gang were convicted of his murder, but there were claims the Khmer Rouge were behind it but it was never proved.
