Great, a positive thread. Ok so last 2 games not great, but we are in a damn sight better place than at the start of the year. If the music stopped now we are staying up, yes we can say other teams have games in hand but points in the bag!

It's the difference between hope and expectation. Before Burnley I'd hoped we could haul ourselves clear over these four games. After Burnley I'd actually expected to be 6 points clear by now. If boro get a bounce, we could be pretty close or even in the bottom three again when all have played 29 or 30 games. It has put enormous pressure on the next game. So no, I don't see where we are as positive now compared to where I expected us to be, no matter what I would have settled for at Christmas, or 2003 or whatever previous point in history anyone chooses. |  |

At our current points per game,it is likely that we will finish on 35 points,so we need a few wins in the mix to get 37 or 38 points.Just saying like.
