It's a difficult and thankless task, its a balance between letting a thread run its course or stifling it to the detriment of the posters.Trouble is your bound to annoy someone along the way,like I said a bit thankless really.
How many mods are there out there anyway?
As to why anyone would want to be one, it is down to the individual , if they think they have the right qualities, of course your not going to please all the people all the time.
