Always rated him. imo always tries his best with no airs or graces considering where he came from Club wise. We've certainly had the best of his career and under Martin he's looks as accomplished as he ever had in fact more so | |

Naughton is quality, the way he has taken over his new role in the team effortlessly is testament to that, he is a good age but puts a lot younger players to shame with his fitness, i don't get the negativity towards him, i think he is a fantastic addition to our squad and can see why he has been played constantly by every manager we have had |  | | |

Over 400 league appearances as Championship level and above including 220 for Swansea in his 6/7 years here he’s had a very good career. Adapting really well to his new position. Looks like he’s capable of carrying on for another 18 months too. | |

On this occasion he's right though.
Naughton has been a key player since the day he arrived at the club, even if some of our dimmer bulbs still can't grasp it. His performances this season don't owe any particular debt to RM. He's been ruthlessly consistent basically whenever and wherever we've used him for years.
Rarely a 9/10 performance, but almost never lower than a 7/10 either. A model professional in every way. |  |
