Jacinda - Jumping before she’s pushed 11:11 - Jan 19 with 3889 viewsJoesus_Of_Narbereth

Jacinda Ardhern is stepping down as PM of New Zealand. She has always enjoyed a glowing, almost saint-like portrayal in the international media but the story domestically amongst her own flock is a very different tale altogether.

Deeply unpopular for her ridiculously draconian covid measures and rocked by widespread accusations of bullying within her own party, mixed with the complete abandonment of pre election promises her approval ratings have hit rock bottom so she’s decided to run away and preserve what is left of the scraps of her reputation before she’s unceremoniously booted out of office.

Their 13% of children in poverty, looks good compared to the UK's 27%.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

She'll make an absolute fortune on the speaking circuit. Probably a bigger one if she leaves unsullied.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Different measure, in NZ the definition of poverty is based on 50 percent of average income in UK the definition is based on 60 percent.

and even better when you compare it to Wales 29% , dispite many attempts by the Senedd to get to grips with it , its still a shocking statistic . The UK overall has nothing to crow about considering our standing in the World in terms of GDP sitting at 5th but a quarter of Britain's wealth is held by the richest one per cent.

You can really blame politicians for stepping down given all the abuse they receive from political opponents especially bigoted key board warriors.

It’s not a conspiracy, she said herself “I’m not quitting because I believe the Labour Party can’t win the next election, I’m quitting because I believe they can.”

That suggests to me she sees herself as the problem and they are more likely to lose with her in charge. Jumping before she’s pushed.

Prepare to be disappointed , although whoever gets the role ,as admitted by Drakeford , they will have had at least two shadowing the current incumbent learning how not to lead a country to technical, economic ,social, educational & health utopia

Not true, the people of Wales would still vote for Drakeford even if he ruined the NHS, schools, roads, tourism, increased Senedd members, introduce 20 mph zones, introduced a minimum Unit Price of alcohol and shat on the steps of the Senedd.

She is resigning as a Pm, but continuing as an MP. This is why women in general get paid less than men. She wants to concentrate on a family. Men do not generally do this, and therefore often work at a higher level for longer and therefore get paid more for it

Nothing to do with her shafting the country big style and tanking the economy. Interestingly Australia and NZ decided to follow the zero policy, ouch.

No! She is still popular there, although it has dropped a bit, unlike our approach that worked so well didn't it?
