| Arcadia on 10:49 - Nov 30 with 686 views | Catullus | Another massive pension deficit too isn't there. 350 million I think I heard. Green is a slimy, odious person, he looks like a spiv but even greasier than Private Walker. I hope he's forced to put the money back. This is the second time his business has a pension deficit, coincidence? Is it fraud of some kind, should he be facing prison? | |

| Arcadia on 10:53 - Nov 30 with 682 views | onehunglow | Yep,it turns my stomach. He is right now on his yacht in south of France contemplating what to do next.It wont be reimbursing the poor feckers about to lose their livelihoods. He should be stripped of Knighthood immediately and be made to pay back everything he stole form people. We are not a civilised society to allow this. | |

Trying to scrape in the last few shekels before the collapse eh. I hope the government absolutely hammer him. Even though I know thy won't. He deserves sha$$ing with a ragmans trumpet, blunt end first!

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Sorry but what's fair about thousands of jobs being lost, and the heart being ripped out of City Centres. If no buyer is found this is going to be devastating from top to bottom.
| Arcadia on 20:40 - Nov 30 with 558 views | pikeypaul | If you are going to criticise him for the possible job loses from no fault of his own , you need to credit him for creating those jobs in the first place. It works both ways. No fault of his own, seriously. Take a look at his history in retail. You can start at BHS, if you like. I won't go further. Yep he's also taken thousands of jobs away. Simply put 1-1= Sweet FA. Like I said the knock affects of this if they do collapse is awful. One of the biggest retail collapses in history. | | | |

Wrong, he gave work to 10000s of people for years. If that is “Sweet FA” in your eyes then you must think the jobs will not be missed, otherwise why say they are FA? Saying 1-1 is nothing forgets the many years of work given to these people between your first 1 and the second 1 , their time in employment created by him. I know this board has a lot of lefties driven by jealousy and bitterness but entrepreneurs should be praised , how else would the over paid, public sector be funded ? Taxes need to be paid for the lefty, lazy teachers to stay at home making the most of the pandemic. OUT AFLI 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 OUT AFLI [Post edited 30 Nov 2020 21:18]

That's not what I mean, but you already knew that, twisting sh!t, doesn't work with me. I'll leave it there, as the missus wants to review her future employment prospects, as I'm sure are many other folk who worked for the wonderful Mr Green. See Ya.

It’s terrible news for lots of hardworking people, I hope things work out for you. Wasn’t aware of the Channel Islands business, terrible. I believe in incentivising investment in this country, but allowing companies to channel their cash offshore really annoys me, these big multinationals should be paying tax on their profits and earnings here not in places like the ROI, Luxembourg or Lichtenstein. Another thing that really grips me is the fact threat people like Maxwell were able to rip off pension funds.
