Bloody awful mate, I thought places like care homes and other such establishments were only required to have one TV licence for all the Televisions in the whole building, obviously not.

Absolutely ridiculous and it just sums this Country up, if she's in a care home surely the one licence covers the whole building. You could have a tele in each room in a house and one licence covers all.
