Im afraid you're wrong there. Most if not all English club are aware of the Swansea Cardiff hatred. Cardiff is also the capital of Wales . Now that really does make us look rather skewed doesn't it. Forget Welsh anything. Cardiff has nothing but contempt for Swansea in any guise. It is natural Jacks resent them

One instance was at Birmingham in the season we defended the autoglass, next goal wins was the extra time thing that night. I have to say for a bunch of absolute idiots the majority of the time that surprised me. Probably because they won mind.

| Clubs swans fans have had a love in with ? on 22:38 - May 1 with 1018 views | ReslovenSwan1 | I have always liked Wrexham. Good links with Swansea with Flynn Trundle etc. When I lived in London, and Newcastle I would watch Welsh sides playing there and caught Wrexham a few times at Orient, Wycombe, Barnet, Watford Brentford and Fulham. Up north Halifax, Scnthorpe and Hartlepool. | |

I didn't say they weren't aware of our hatred for each other it's just a lot of other fans just think we are all daffodil wearing butty boys from a little country and should all love each other in a Liverpool/ Everton kind of way . [Post edited 2 May 2021 8:24]

wrong again. Massive stereotyping which has to be challenged. I live as you know 20 mins from the welsh border and few think as you suggest. There is also much latent enmity between Everton and Liverpool. It is deep seated and no way the pleasant fixture suggested. There is much violence after derby games, not at the grounds however. That said, people of the clubs have to live cheek by jowl with each other in daily life. All true blues support Man Utd or Citeh when they play Liverpool. Bitter bitter Blues.SEE

| Clubs swans fans have had a love in with ? on 09:39 - May 2 with 825 views | Dr_Winston | We had a very weird thing going with Stoke the year we both got relegated from the Prem. Thankfully it didn't last long. Odd that we seem to be at cross purposes with them as much as we are. They detest Cardiff too so you'd kind of expect the "my enemy's enemy is my friend" thing. | |
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

Yes I remember that Steve Claridge with his socks rolled down scores the golden goal in extra time. Southend seemed like the largest town with a single road going into it off the m25 . It was always choked with traffic and took an age to get there.Freddy Eastwood a local gypsy was scoring for them at one time and we were thinking of buying him

This. They formed a guard of honour for us on the last day of the season when we won League One and could not be awarded the title due to Leeds' twitting around despite us being 16 points ahead of them. We won 4-0.

I recall us beating Birmingham 2-0 at the Vetch, December 1990. Their supporters filled the terrace at the West end and never stopped singing throughout the match. Noisy, magnificent support, despite losing.

I was there that night and yes it was surreal. We all got free burgers on the buses Completely different story a bit later in the season when we won 1-0 there in league! Terry Connor penalty if I remember [Post edited 3 May 2021 14:48]

Very close mate, John Hodge. They battered us the whole game, but we had the penalty and won 😂 Yes rather unfriendly afterwards, a few brawls, I remember another time when Jon ford was attacked by someone in the crowd before the game, just ran on the pitch, something to do with a woman I was told, but who can say 😉

I worked at that ground on a good few occasions. They had a Swans flag at the back of the stand
