Now we have added even more quality to it then we may even be a top 6 team.

We shouldn’t be anywhere near the 17th spot we sit in. If he has finally pulled his head out of his rear then we may well catch the play offs.

I upvoted this because I totally agree.

However, yesterday seemed like a small step in the right direction. Or was it a false dawn? Only time will tell. The jury is still out and maybe for some time.

The Championship is always the same.

There's usually two or three really good sides in it (mostly with Parachute payments) two or three really bad ones (mostly the newly promoted) and everyone else in the middle is much of a muchness. Any team that can string four or five wins together will be up there at the top end.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Well yes, it's competitive because most teams are a simiar standard. Even the very best team this season will mst likely struggle on promotion. Thats because all the best players are snapped up by the EPL and all the best youngsters are there too, even if out on loan.

Take Oli Cooper now, if he shines this season, is really outstandhing, come January an EPL club might buy him but then farm him out on loan or even keep him in the U23's if nobody loans him.
He could end up just like Sinclair or one of many others, a talent in the Championship reduced to reserve team action, maybe lucky to get on the bench and his career nose dives because he jumped to a big club too soon. A bit like Dan James who is now on loan to Fulham which is probably where he'd have been far better off going because at the Mancs it was just too much too soon for him and his limited ability, great spped he has but great crossing and passing?
