If it is not the fee it is the agent that is the issue. Ntcham I would speculate wants a 'loyalty bonus' as Swansea forced him out. Not the case say Swansea, Duff wanted to play you on Saturday but it was you that pulled out. If you a want a bonus see you in Court.

How is Ntcham able to sign a contract in Turkey if we haven't given them permission?

I am guessing He has signed a deal with the Black Sea team but it has not been ratified by EUFA until all aspects are resolved. There may be an issue over.

a) Transfer fee
b) Agents fee
c) Ntcham wanting a 'loyalty payment',

Swansea might say b) and c) are not payable by Swansea.. The Turks can sort it out with Ntcham and his people . "We are not paying". (Colemanhardballs)

The Turks are in a bad place as they will have to pay Ntcham and his agent to be able to play him. Turk generally bargain hard. Oliveir might have wanted a £100k signing on fee. Why not? If you do not ask you do not get.

Remember Harry Kane yesterday? After all the fuss he says "I might stay at Spurs" OK Harry have £250,000 for relocation expenses. Make it £500,000 and its kosher.

You can sign a contract without being able to register someone to play (see Barcelona's antics over the last few seasons).
