Hard to argue with that IMHO. He's going for experience to halt the bad run...plus Manning back with a point to prove.
I love Chair to bits...but it was proved to be the right move last time he had a rest. Masterson has been a revelation...but would he benefit from being seen as part of a long losing run at this early stage?
Not saying we'll win or anything crazy like that...but I can see justification in all the changes. |  |

All these players have played loads this season.
He's explained on numerous occasions how & why he'll juggle the core squad.
Plus we're on a losing run so he's made changes, especially defensively.

I think if we start the game with a high tempo, maintain a physical approach throughout the game, where every player gives it their all and plays to an obvious game plan and cut out the costly mistakes then I don't think many people will criticise the manager...
