Yes he has. If he doesn't get a strong coaching team around him he will fail. He is not suddenly going to improve and passion will only get you so far. But it is important.

That would be the same with any manager though if they don't get their staff right they will fail.
To say Blackpool was the only time he was successful is ridiculous though, he did well with us, plymouth and Bristol Rovers.
In his last full 3 seasons at this level he's won 2 promotions and got to a playoff final where he lost to West Ham. His record is similar to that of Warnock when he came in |  | | |
