I think it's great to see the enthusiastic Ollie and now Birch back in the club.
However, I think it is important that one of the management/coaching team is not dyed in the wool QPR. I remember, I think it was Warnock saying it is not always helpful to have too many QPR fans in the team.
Think the same applies here, we need to make sure the heart doesn't always rule the head.

Could all be a disaster, I know that, yet I'm still happy about the appointments this far! I have no desire whatsoever for it to be all ex-QPR though, just want the best we can get that are the best for us, and hoping these two prove to be good acquisitions.
