I think that 1-0 is probably fair as we were poor for three-quarters and only L&L&L played well for us. Rangel ok, Bidwell had little to do. Scowen ok but left exposed by Luongo and Freeman to often. Midfield beaten, passing poor, Eze had an off-day, Wells too. Sideline also far too slow to make changes.
Ironic that the goal game during our only decent period but we didn't really deserve much out of that. We have to be honest. | |

I’ll caveat this comment by noting I wasn’t at the match and hardly followed
But we’re safe from relegation
If we kept the status quo or went defensive, we could hold on for 1 point.
If we go for the win and actually succeed, that’s 3 points (+2). If in doing so, we expose ourselves and concede, we get 0 points (-1 from base case). The point is that the upside (+2 points) is greater than the downside (-1 point)
We’re not going down so we don’t need to cynically try to hold on for a point to keep ourselves safe
Why not just go for it? Bring in bright etc

But he’s an explosive player who can lead a counterattack. If you want to drop deep and play cynically, he’s an outball with his temendous pace
He’s nowhere near pav or Luke at the moment
However he will be an important piece of our squad going forward . Pav is a free agent in the summer and Luke may be sold. Wouldn’t it be nice to give BOS some reps now so he’s ready to contribut sooner rather than later: He will only improve if he plays, and 15-20 minutes cameos will help him. But even putting aside The developmental angle, he’s good enough to play now and contribute. | | | |

Not asked of me I know, but if one was tiring or underperforming on the 70 min mark I would. Moreso for Pav than Luke based on the set piece reliance.
