I think he wanted to go and we got a decent fee for him.
Perhaps wasn’t best suited for the slog of the championship. I liked him. Gifted QPR-maverick type of player. Perhaps needed better ‘water carriers’ around him. |  | | |

Getting into Stanley Matthews territory now. According to Wiki, Jamie was most recently player/manager at Kings Park Rangers, a Suffolk outfit (apparently founded in May 2023 and dissolved at the end of last season).
I reckon his last Football League appearances would have been with Dagenham & Redbridge (current away colours blue and white hoops!) around 2014-16.

I saw him play one of his last games for Royal Antwerp towards the end of the 24/25 season.
He scored two goals away at Ghent and was by far and away the best player on the pitch.
He got a great send off from the Antwerp fans that day.
