I am an atheist, but I still say we English should have a day of celebration and it should be a Bank holiday.

I would bring in the May Bank holiday (as that is pagen and we would get minimal resistance) and join it with the 23rd so, we could have two Bank holidays together.

Right whingers please note I am not saying we lose the May one, I am saying we add it together with a new one for the 23rd.
