England sent their main squad to the World Cup, with their Toulon squad largely comprised of fringe players from the U19 and U18 squads, despite the tournament being for U21 teams.
Quite a remarkable achievement in both tournaments really. Hopefully whoever was in charge of Wales will have their job reviewed as they did not do very well. |  |

I do not think drawing with France's 2nd/3rd string, drawing with Ivory Coast and beating Bahrain is enough to say they did well. Making it to the knockout stages would be the least they would have had to achieve to consider them to have done well.

Yep Wales unbeaten in the tournament and obviously did well. The irony is if another non related result went our way and we made it to the knockout stages then according to some we would have done well, yet had exactly the same results. Go figure. |  |
