Should have had Laporte booked before any goals were scored for rugby tackling Dyer on the wing to stop our attack. His second yellow at half time would have then been a red.
Keeper should have been off for fouling James when through on goal.

Always irritated me that whenever a premier league team play a lower division team a premier league ref is in charge. With the number of teams in the premier league you can't tell me that premier league refs favour premier league teams.

I’m not wholly convinced by the “just incompetence” view regarding officials. Although it can explain many bad decisions over a season, it can’t seem to account for why we seem to be on the arse end of so many of these “mistakes”.
I did a little bit of statistical analysis over 3 seasons 2008 - 2011, and it seemed a definate bias against us. |  | | |
