I’ve been fortunate enough to have met Brendan twice over the years and what a very humble and charismatic man he is ....poles apart from Jenkins, Morgan et al and their gutter level ‘morals’ and ‘by the Fans for the Fans’ tedious rhetoric .....they sold out for top dollar to ANYBODY WHO HAD THE CASH.
Shame on them as well in the way in which they shafted Mel Nurse (I’ve spoken to Mel about this too) .....they accepted his most generous and highly honourable gesture in receiving his shares back into the Club yet like the sewer rats they are they then sold the voting rights on those very shares to the Yanks to line their own pockets which further diluted the Trust’s position.
I just hope they don’t get together a consortium to buy the Club back on the cheap a la ‘Travel House’.
If that happens then the ill informed and most gullible of Swans fans will be trumpeting a return once again of the ‘saviours of our Club’ and the scumbags will be back on the gravy train.
